Hey, if you’ve read my post on the supplements everyone should be taking, you’ll know already that among them is a whole-food-sourced calcium supplement.
It’s not vegan, but it’s the best form of calcium overall, in my opinion.
Why?

Because it’s a highly natural, evolutionarily speaking, for us to get that.
And the supplement is calcium hydroxyapatite or bone meal.
It’s the equivalent of us having some bone broth for calcium and chewing on the bones a bit, again as we’ve always done.
Best Non-vegan Calcium Supplement (And Best Overall)
Again, calcium hydroxyapatite and/or bone meal take the price, and these products:

This one in capsule form is the one preferred for convenience, although it does have some magnesium stearate in it which the below one does not.
And then:
–> Get here. Now Bone Meal – Natural Calcium Source Powder

This one, powdered, you’ll have to take by the scope.
You can adjust how much of these you take as it takes less than the can says in my opinion and from testing intuitively.
It can be anywhere from 100 to 1500+ milligrams.
And the same goes for vegan calcium supplements, dosewise, and perhaps extra important if you then eat no dairy products either.
Best Vegan Calcium Supplement
As for vegan calcium, try this calcium citrate powder out, cheap and highly effective if you can’t or won’t eat the animal-based calcium above.
–> Get here. Now Vegan Calcium Citrate

Not a single bone in it.
Why Calcium
Because we need it for our bones, and health overall, mostly.
And some of us may need some extra.
Personally I don’t take the full dose but I still take a little of it, and regularly.
Try it out for yourself!
