Vitamin E is one of those vitamins I do take personally, but don’t always recommend others take as well, simply because there’s not enough evidence on paper that most of us need more of it.
But, through testing intuitively, it does seem like my body wants some quality vitamin E on the regular, and thus I take it.
I believe it can be especially good as protection, an antioxidant, against vegetable oils and their omega-6 in the body.

Most vitamin E supplements are synthetic and only has one of the tocopherols, the alpha-tocopherol one, and I’d suggest you steer clear of those, since they can even worsen the misbalance between all the other forms of vitamin E.
Best Vitamin E Supplement
The best vitamin E product, which I like intuitively, and on paper very much, is Life Extension Gamma E Mixed Tocopherols & Tocotrienols, with the full mix of vitamin E.

That should have you easily covered, along with the vitamin E in a proper multivitamin.
The good news too is that the dose is pretty high, so that you can get away with not taking it daily if need be, personally I take it anywhere from 2 to 4 days a week.
So, should you get it?
If you want more vitamin E then it’s a big yes, although not as big as this list of other recommended supplements.
Enjoy your mixed vitamin E!
