Earthing And Detox – A Powerful Cleansing Tool

Earthing is something I’ve come to like a lot as of recent years, ever since I discovered what’s gone wrong with it.

And earthing, just as it’s a tool for better health, is a tool for detox, too.

All those free electrons do wonders for your body, reducing inflammation, thinning the blood and much more (click earthing link above).

A Personal Earthing Detox Anecdote

I remember a few years back when I had just started earthing a lot (again), that I could no longer do my urine antigen therapy.

In my urine was so much metal that it tasted like it would erode my flesh, and I’m not kidding.

No doubt, and that’s the only time that has really happened.

I had to rinse my mouth like never before.

After a few days it died down and my urine was no longer unpalatable.

Interestingly enough though, is that if I hadn’t been doing urine antigen therapy for my allergies then, I would have never been the wiser and not able to share this little anecdotal gem.

Jarisch-Herxheimer Reactions – Start Slow

A detox or Herxheimer effect is fairly common with earthing, which should tell you that it’s a potent detox tool.

So watch out for those, and know that as for heavy metals, it can be a really potent tool, anecdotally speaking.

Start slowly if you notice or suspect this.

And good luck with your detox/earthing.
