Everything You Do Has Effects On Who You Are (Stereotypes)

Something I noticed a few years back after having tried a lot of different health improvement modalities, hobbies etc, and from observing on YouTube, was that the things we, or people, do in their life and spare time greatly affect their personalities.

Interestingly enough, this means you can mold your own stereotype after others to become more like them.

In the simplest sense, you can spend hours on end in front of your computer playing video games, and you’ll be more like your everyday nerd.

Social

You can play the guitar, and it will actually change you noticeably to a beneficial stereotype (girls do like them guitarists), or any other musical instrument, for different, yet beneficial effects.

Do play an instrument, it’s never too late to learn!

If you look at sports, the soccer players are one way, most of them, the American football players another, martial artists another, and so on.

Even the foods you eat impact you greatly.

Food is information, as Dr. Mark Hyman use to say.

Try the carnivore diet, lchf, vegan, fruitarian diet etc and you’ll see that those that eat this way often are a certain way, and you will be, too!

Religious people who pray regularly are greatly affected by that (can be a sort of tool or meditation almost), and those who meditate become a certain way, too.

People that work out a lot will be a certain way too, as well as those that eat really unhealthy.

Easier To Relate To Others

People socializing and working together

If you do the same activity, have the same hobbies etc, they will shape you similarly and you’ll likely have an easier time getting along.

Completely different lives and hobbies could make it harder instead.

I’m not saying opposites can’t attract, but yeah..

Similarities in everyday life, similarities in behavior.

Mold Your Own Stereotype

So, with that said, what’s your stereotype and what do you want it to be?

Perhaps you want to do more reading, or take up a sport such as tennis.

An instrument.

A healthier diet?

Start now.

Find someone you adore or want to emulate and try their hobbies and habits out.

Summary

Summary

To summarize, become more like a select others by emulating their habits, hobbies and lives.

This can make it easier for the two of you to relate to each other.

You can never go wrong with a sport and a musical instrument.

Good luck!
