Healthy and fashion, in the same sentence..
What’s the connection?
Well, a healthy fashion to me means one that promotes good posture, as opposed to a bad one.
Because posture is so important, and not many clothes do today.

Healthy Fashion For Good Posture
Either way, to promote good posture with your clothes, follow a few tidbits:
- Don’t wear too low-sitting pants or jeans, this will wrongly tilt your hip and mess up your posture and natural body movements. Make sure they sit just above the lowest vertebrae of your spine.
- Wear supported shoes (higher heels) when on hard surfaces, barefoot shoes when on soft.
- Don’t wear too tight or ill-fitting T-shirts or sweaters, this can mess up your posture too.
- Try wearing a hat, which can improve your posture as well.
And then, enjoy your newly improved posture :).

Personal Anecdotes
I remember when younger how I used to wear low-sitting jeans and other pants that messed with my posture in the name of fashion.
And over the years as an adult I noticed clearly how much my, and people’s, clothes affect their posture, and also their mood and personality, etcetera (see this on getting a good posture and its benefits.
The wrong clothes would really tilt my posture into one position or another and I started buying other, more posture-promoting clothes.
One thing’s for certain though..
I ain’t going back.
And speaking of forward:
To Conclude

Improving posture and learning how important fashion is for this has been a gamechanger for me, years back.
And now it’s your turn to have that epiphany.
So:
Wear healthy fashion.
