Tobacco/Smoking And Cancer – How To Avoid It

Tobacco has long been classified as a carcinogenic, with smoking being the most common source of it.

Smoking, Cancer And Seed Oils – The Cancer Is Preventable

Cancer from tobacco, as with most other cancers, seems to stem from the vegetable and seed oils in our diet, and this can be a good thing.

If you’ve read my article, How And WHY To Avoid Seed And Vegetable Oils: Bad And TOXIC, you’ll know what I’m talking about.

This is a good thing, however, because it means it’s preventable, as well as possible to beat.

By simply boycotting and detoxing from these omega-6-rich vegetable oils, which can take a couple of years, you bulletproof yourself from these types of cancer along with most other chronic disease.

And how can this be, that these oils are to blame?

Well, it’s how these polyunsaturated fats build up in our cell membranes, in our lung cells, for example.

Here’s a list of which to avoid.

Conclusion

Tobacco-related cancers are highly preventable, and it all comes down to seed oils.

It may take some time to get those out of your system though, but better start now than later!
