Fruits and vegetables, with a few exceptions, don’t really contain a lot of vitamin B12.
Or rather, none at all.
To actually get meaningful amounts of B12, eat some animal foods.
Chicken or beef liver for example, are loaded with it, and so are canned clams and oysters.
But if that’s not your cup of tea?

B12 From Supplements Instead Of Fruit And Veggies
So, instead of looking under your friendly neighbour apple, banana or orange, then, look for a B12 supplement, and vegan if that’s your thing.
There are some great ones, although my favorite is the hydroxocobalamin one, which is in the same form as that most common in foods (good for safety, absorbtion and utilization, etc).
Other sources come from fortified foods, that become a sort of mix of food and supplement, and using cyanocobalamin rather (the cheapest form), and then shiitake mushrooms, certain fermented foods and certain algae or seaweed.

Conclusion
You won’t be finding many fruits or veggies with any meaningful amount of B12 in them, but you can supplement with it if you aren’t eating enough meat (or even if you do, B12 is among my recommended supplements).
I’d say hydroxycobalamin is best so go for that if possible (it’s kinda rare).
B12 deficiency be gone.
